Located on the first floor of the Wood building at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, the Genomics Core Facility offers its services and expertise to all investigators at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, its partnering institutions as well as non-affiliated institutions and businesses. We offer state-of-the-art genomic services including next generation sequencing, genotyping and methylation analysis, DNA and RNA quality control, and cell line authentication. The Genomics Core is a centralized resource for advanced genomics analysis for both novice and experienced users alike. To accomplish this, we provide guidance in all facets of experimentation from design to data analysis. We strive to service our research community in a cost-effective and efficient manner to enable them to conduct the best research possible.
