The Office of Facilities Services provides a team of custodians and housekeepers whose sole responsibility is the residential buildings. These services are different depending on the group of buildings:
First-Year Experience buildings (incl. Clarke Tower) have all common spaces, bathrooms, and trash rooms serviced Monday through Friday.
Second-Year Experience buildings have their common lounges cleaned and trash removed Monday through Friday. Suite bathrooms are cleaned three times per week.
Upperclass-Experience buildings (incl. the Property Management Apartments, the Triangle Towers, and 1609 Hazel) have public spaces cleaned and trash rooms emptied Monday through Friday. Resident apartment bathrooms are cleaned once per week.

After-Hours Custodial Concerns
Facilities provides after-hours custodial service for emergency situations by calling 216.368.3300. In the event of bio-hazard cleanup, residents should contact the non-emergency Security number, 216.368.3300, to have after-hours custodial dispatched. The work order queues of MyHousing and Property Management are only reviewed during the business day so in the event of one of the above problems, residents should contact after-hours maintenance.
