Requirements

Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are the three primary cards accepted through QuikPAY. American Express can be setup upon request.

Only university employees may process credit cards on behalf of the university. Employees with access to the QuikPAY system or with access to credit card information must sign a PCI compliance agreement and may be subject to credit history and criminal background checks. Please refer to PCI compliance document for more information.

Private contributions or gifts made to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ by credit card must never be processed by an individual department. All such items must be sent to Advancement Services to ensure the donor receives appropriate acknowledgement and tax documentation. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the revocation of your department's credit card processing capability.

PCI Compliance requires the use of an End to End Encrypted card reader.  It is mandatory to use a Bluefin card reader device, supplied by the university's vendor, if you will be processing payments on a user's behalf, either via a card swipe device, or via the Customer Service Representative (CSR) interface. There is an additional cost to use a Bluefin card reader device along with transactional fees for use. Please contact Twyla Miller, Manager of Treasury Operations, to order a Bluefin device.
