What can you do with a degree in cognitive science from ǿմý? Like many majors at ǿմý, your Bachelor of Arts (BA) can take you down a variety of paths. In the College of Arts and Sciences, you will work with an advisor to strategize about the fit between your interests and career possibilities as soon as you declare your major.

Why Cognitive Science is a Good Choice

A BA in Cognitive Science will allow you to apply for jobs in any of the fields that are part of cognitive science. For example, you can apply for jobs in both psychology and computer science, or choose to go on to a graduate and professional program. Many of our students are pre-medicine, pre-law, or pre-management, meaning they work to establish a strong foundation in our field during their undergraduate studies before pursuing more specific careers.
