Take two train rides and spend five nights at a picturesque property in Sedona, Arizona. Just north of Phoenix, Sedona is known for its Jeep rides, artist galleries and breathtaking red rock scenery, and is the perfect “home base” for this six-day, five-night adventure.
- Take two rail journeys on the Grand Canyon Railway and Verde Canyon Railroad.
- Explore Grand Canyon National Park.
- See Oak Creek Canyon, a river gorge located in northern Arizona between the cities of Flagstaff and Sedona. The canyon is often described as a smaller cousin of the Grand Canyon because of its scenic beauty.
- Take the Sedona Trolley Tour.
- Visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross, a Roman Catholic chapel built from 1954 to 1956 into the red rock buttes of Sedona, Arizona.
- Experience Tlaquepaque, Sedona’s famous craft village
- Montezuma Castle, five-story, 20-room castle built between 1 and 700 AD and is evidence of an important shift in early American Indian culture from a nomadic to a more settled way of life.
- Explore Jerome State Historic Park.
