If you are retaining an affiliation with ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ as a student, faculty or staff member, your access to these services will continue.
Upon leaving the university your access to Microsoft 365 is limited to 180 days from your graduation date. Retaining the content after that time will require you to either move the data to a personally accessible system (i.e. your hard drive, a flash drive, a cloud storage service, etc.) or to another Microsoft Office 365 account.
As alumni you can take advantage of Microsoft discounts on their , where you can sign up to use Office online for free. Microsoft also offers a discount on a year of Office 365 Personal, or you can make a one time purchase of Office Home & Student 2021. Compare the products on their . This allows you to have continued access to all of Microsoft’s apps on all of your devices using a new Microsoft account that you will set up using a personal, non-ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ email account. Once you have signed up for the personal Office 365 account, you can to move your files from your university account to your personal account.
You will have access to Canvas account for 180 days after graduation.
If you attended ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ in Summer 2008 or later you will have continue to have access to SIS.
Access to Zoom will end upon your graduation. Download and export to a personal storage device (i.e. your hard drive, a flash drive, a cloud storage service, etc) before your graduation date.
To continue to use this service, create an account by with a personal email address for a free, basic license.
As an alumni you won’t continue to have access. If you’re using the home drive (H:/) to store any files, move them to a personal storage system (i.e. your hard drive, a flash drive, a cloud storage service, etc.) prior to graduation.

January and May graduates - your access to Adobe products will expire on the July 1 the year you graduate in accordance with Adobe’s annual license renewal.
August graduates - your access to Adobe products will expire 180 days after your graduation.
Before then, convert Adobe proprietary files (e.g., PSD, AI, EPS) to an open file format (e.g., JPG, TIF, PNG). This is done within the Adobe software. In addition, download your data stored in the Adobe Document Cloud.

Your access to Qualtrics will continue for 180 after your graduation date. Before that time, export or you wish to keep.
To transfer ownership of surveys to someone continuing with ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, email help@case.edu with the name of the surveys and the network ID of the person to receive it.
You will have access to your ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ GitHub account for 180 days after graduation. After that time you will be removed as members of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s GitHub organizations. You will still be able to log into GitHub with the same account, but you will not be able to push or pull to repos in ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s organizations.
If you are still interested in any repos in the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ organizations, pull the latest changes any time before you lose access and push it to your personal GitHub area outside of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s organizations.
Your access to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½'s VPN will continue for 180 after your graduation date.
