I have more than 30 years of experience in education, serving as an education counselor in the United States Navy, a middle school and high school social studies teacher, and as a higher education professional and adjunct professor in traditional and non-traditional college and university settings. I graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in History, from Troy State University with a master’s degree in Education, and from Liberty University with a doctorate degree in Education.
I have been supporting students at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ since 2005. I am a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer. My wife and I have been married for 34 years, and we are the proud parents of two daughters (and two sons-in-law), a spoiled rotten black lab named Findlay, and an equally spoiled cat named "Kitty" Wells. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my three grandchildren), music, reading, camping, biking, and Cleveland sports!
