Late Cost Transfer Form

The Office of Post-Award Services and Compliance along with volunteers from the School of Medicine have revised the Late Cost Transfer Form, which is available on our site. As of March 10, 2024, all new Late Cost Transfer requests should be submitted using the revised form. The form contains a link to the policy and information on cost transfer timing. Additionally, we will spend the first 15 minutes of our March 20 RADAR training to address any questions regarding the new form. 

As an FYI, the School of Medicine approver for Late Cost Transfer requests is now Paul Bristol, the vice dean for finance in the SOM. All Late Cost Transfer requests should be sent to  som-resadmin@case.edu for routing to Paul Bristol for signature.
