Lindsay Malone is an Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietitian. Her decade of experience in healthcare and education includes advanced practice at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic as well as teaching nutrition at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and within the community. Lindsay’s approach to nutrition is individualized and evidence-based. She believes that nutrition does not stand alone as a determinant of health but is influenced by other factors, like stress, exercise, sleep, culture, and life experiences. The ideal diet for each person will take into account and address all of these factors for a personalized and realistic nutrition strategy. Lindsay is a mom to three kids and wife to Dan – she enjoys cooking, running and spending time with her family.
