Cena works closely with all levels of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ administration and Case School of Engineering stakeholders to advance the strategic and financial priorities of the engineering school. Cena provides support for all areas of non-academic operations: financial planning and management, human resources, research administration, business operations and information technology.
Key Job Functions
- Has overall responsibility for the multi-year financial planning process and annual budget process
- Provides oversight and monitoring of all activities related to the budget and financial plan
- Makes recommendations on policy development and strategy alternatives
- Responsible for business planning for new initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.
