Dr. Newcomer is an Assistant Professor of Anatomy within the School of Medicine and Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine and Diagnostic Sciences within the School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Newcomer earned her PhD in Anatomy from The Ohio State University in 2020. Shortly after graduating, she joined the faculty within the Anatomy department at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ School of Medicine. Within the School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Newcomer teaches anatomy for the first- and second-year dental students, as well as the dental graduate students. Additionally, she is the course director of HEWB 134 (Head & Neck Structure and Function) and DENT 513 (Anatomy of the Head & Neck). In addition to her teaching within the School of Dental Medicine, she also teaches anatomy courses within the MS in Applied Anatomy program and Physician Assistant program.
