Mark S. Fleisher, PhD, is a research professor emeritus in the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. He has spent 25 years researching prison management and violence, youth violence, youth gangs, organizational systems and evaluation, and social networks.
