Alumna Kathleen O’Malley was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 2010 to 2022. Prior to this role, she served as chief counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and later as the chief of staff and first assistant to the Ohio Attorney General. O’Malley is of counsel in the intellectual property and technology litigation practice of Sullivan & Cromwell, a law firm based in New York City.
