President Edward M. Hundert took the lead of Ðǿմ«Ã½ in 2002—as the events of Sept. 11, 2001, made their early impacts on the international stage.
During his presidency, The Alumni Association of Ðǿմ«Ã½, a unified network of Ðǿմ«Ã½ graduates and alumni of its predecessor institutions, took shape. But financial deficits and new university branding that alienated Western Reserve University graduates eventually led to Hundert’s resignation in 2006.
