Crawford Fletcher, PhD, LISW, LCSW, Assistant Dean for Diversity & Inclusion and Adjunct Professor at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, will host a discussion about Caste: the Origins of our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson from the lens of Relational Theory. This perspective allows us to think about 'caste' from the view of 'internalized attitudes', to consider how these attitudes are formed, and how they determine our approach to relationships.
