Success as a leader has two main steps: 1. Start early and 2. Go big.
As in, jump in with both feet, and keep it going. Starting day one.

That’s what we do at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Weatherhead School of Management.

Start early

From their first semester on campus, our business students are immersed in as many as three business classes, gaining skills in concepts like accounting, economics, globalization and entrepreneurship, right from the start.

Go big

Because they have a strong foundation in business early on, our students get real-world experience fast. Employers know ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ business students know their stuff, so they get hired for internships earlier. That first internship leads to another, and maybe even another. Come graduation, you’ve built a resume that’s ready to wow.

Over 89% of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ business students have at least one internship or other career-related experience by graduation. And within a few months of graduation, 97% of them are employed full time or are otherwise pursuing their career goals. And they start out with a median salary of $75k to 79k.

That’s the power of starting early. You’ll go big. And it’s what you’ll get at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
