Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning - Natural, Social, or Mathematical Sciences Focused

The College of Arts and Sciences at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position (at the rank of assistant professor) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning with specialization in natural, social or mathematical sciences.

The search is part of the university's Faculty 100 hiring initiative in areas including AI and data science. 

Qualifications

Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent terminal degree, significant research achievements, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring at the graduate and undergraduate level. 

Successful applicants will have a primary appointment and tenure home within a department in the College of Arts and Sciences in the Natural Sciences (Astronomy; Biology; Chemistry; Earth, Environmental and Planetary Science; Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics; Physics) or Social Sciences (Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Political Science, Psychological Sciences, Sociology).
